Our standard rental period is 24 hours, but longer timeframes are available by request.

Simply fill out our reservation form, and we’ll confirm your booking via email or text.
3. Can I pick up the items myself?
Yes! We offer free local pickup. Just choose that option when booking.
4. Do you offer delivery?
Yes, we deliver within a certain area for a small fee. Delivery options will show during booking.
5. What happens if something breaks?
We understand that accidents happen. Minor wear is okay, but significant damage may result in a replacement fee.
6. Do you require a deposit?
Some items require a small refundable deposit. This will be noted during checkout.
7. What if it rains or the weather changes?
If your event is weather-dependent, please let us know. We’ll do our best to accommodate rescheduling.
8. Can I cancel my reservation?
Yes. Cancellations made 48 hours in advance will receive a full refund. Later cancellations may incur a fee.
9. Do you set up the games?
Setup is included with delivery! If you pick up yourself, we provide simple setup instructions.
